Statutory Planning Projects
We understand that the statutory planning process can be complex, which is why we support our clients from inception to approval (and after). Our team has significant experience in navigating the development assessment process for residential, (incl. affordable housing and student accommodation), commercial, retail, industrial and mixed-use developments.
We work with a network of like-minded design professionals to deliver quality built outcomes that respond to the context and our client’s differing needs, whether they are a private sector business, Community Housing Providers, small and large businesses, or state and local government.
We have led planning proposals for private clients, as well as undertaking independent strategic assessments for major rezonings, and preparing Development Applications (DAs), and State Significant Development Applications (SSDAs).
We also have expertise in the preparation of social value analysis, social impact assessments, and social impact management frameworks plans for government and the private sector.
Our team members are accredited Registered Environmental Assessment Practitioners (REAP), which is now required in NSW to prepare Environmental Impact Statements (EIS) for State Significant Projects to meet required quality assurance standards.
We seek to deliver high quality, inclusive and equitable planning outcomes for all projects. Kate Bartlett is also an experienced and sought after LEC planning expert, and a member of multiple Local Planning Panels (LPPs) across metropolitan Sydney Councils.
